Need to return an item? No problem!
Simply email us at email@example.com within 60 days of placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
In your email, please include the following details:
- Your original order number.
- Your preferred return email address.
- Which item/s you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
We're happy to provide with a credit note or a refund, depending on the nature of your return, on products that are returned to us unused, provided they’re in the same condition you received them. (including all of the original packaging such as pen case, warranty papers, cartridges, converters, etc).
If you need to return a product because it’s damaged or defective, we’ll take care of you!
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping costs on preferential returns.
Should your return require a shipping reimbursement, please note that we’re only able to reimburse you the amount that was charged for shipping on your original order. Please keep this in mind as you choose your return shipping method.
We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product.
Additionally, we cannot refund or reimburse pens or nibs that have been modified in any way.
Further to this, we cannot refund or reimburse any of the following items if they’ve been used: ink, paper, sealing wax, or cleaning/tuning supplies.
Therefore, it’s super important to handle and inspect any new pens with care. If a pen does happen to come into contact with a bit of ink, we can still accept it for return, however a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
